Great dentist and always stands behind any of his work. Would not consider going anywhere else for dental work. Always concerned about your comfort while he is working on you . Always lets you know ahead of time what he is going to do so no surprises in the chair. Complete trust in his work and decisions.

Dr Hoover has always been a caring and considerate Doctor. He and his staff go out of their way to accommodate you. I would highly recommend him!

Dr. Hoover is very friendly and takes the time to talk to and make his patients visits comfortable. He is genuinely concerned about the patients well being and comfort. He tries his best to see you right away if you are uncomfortable with teeth issues.

I went to Dr. Hoover after recieving terrible care at a very large dental facility in the area. Dr. Hoover and his staff are very kind and helps ease anxiety over going to the dentist. He fixed 2 cavities, without difficulty. I would recommend him to everyone!!!!

2 YEARS AGO I WENT INTO DR.HOOVERS OFFICE TO HAVE A TOOTH FILLED, 2 YEARS LATER I AM STILL IN PAIN,BECAUSE THE FILLING DID NOT WORK.HE DOES NOT KNOW WHY I'M IN PAIN.I HAVE A HARD TIME GETTING HIM TO PRESCRIBE ANY MEDICINE.I HAVE CALLED HIM MANY OF TIMES AND NO ONE HAS EVER RETURNED MY CALLS, WHEN I FINALLY SAW HIM HE BLAMED HIS ASSISTANTS ON HIM NOT GETTING HIS MESSAGES AND HIS ASSISTANTS BLAMED HIM ON NOT RETURNING CALLS. SO THEY ALL JUST BLAME EACH OTHER.YESTERDAY HE ATTEMPTED TO DO A PARTIAL ROOT CANAL WHICH HE DIDN'T FINNISH CAUSE I WAS IN SO MUCH PAIN (HE NEEDS TO GET A DIFFERENT NUMBING MEDICINE) AND I'VE HAD NON STOP PAIN EVER SINCE.I STAYED ON THE PHONE WITH CAROL FOR 30 MINUTES TRYING TO GET A DIFFERENT MEDICINE. MY TOOTH HURTS WORSE NOW THEN BEFORE I WENT TO HIM.SO NEEDLESS TO SAY I HAVE AN APPOINTMENT WITH ANOTHER DENTIST TOMORROW, SO NOW I WILL FINALLY BE ABLE TO HAVE SOMETHING DONE WITH THIS TOOTH.IF YOU WANT A DENTIST THAT RETURNS CALLS OR IS CONCERNED ABOUT HIS PATIENTS… AFTER THEY LEAVE HIS OFFICE,THEN DON'T GO TO HIM.
