Dr Willet is fantastic! He listened carefully to all of my concerns and gave me a thorough physical examination. He was also extremely thorough in his explanation of my diagnosis. He was friendly, compassionate and very knowledgeable. I would recommend him to my friends and family.

I have been going to Ohio ENT for years. Dr. Willett has been my doctor. I am very happy with how he treats me as his patient. He always listens and together we come up with a great plan.

A terrible experience of multiple surgery, including septoplasty, without proper consideration and testing. It left me with an unresolved problem, aesthetic changes to my neck and nose, scarring, numbness in neck and face, and chronic pain. Willett misrepresented himself as being certified in plastic surgery, was at times unprofessional, and finally dismissive of my post-surgical concerns. He did not approach me having my best interest and well-being in mind, I was just another person that fell into his mill. It was a horrible experience that affected me for the rest of my life.

I can't say enough positive things about Dr. Willett. When I learned I needed thyroid surgery, about 5 people said "You have to see Dr. Willett" and they were not mistaken. Bedside manner, time taken to explain things to me, and skill were all incredible. He even called me at 6:30 PM on his "day off" to check on me after surgery and give me my biopsy results. I couldn't have been happier with his expertise and kind manner.

He is a hack who will not take a patient's best interest into account. He will perform surgeries out of his area of expertise. You'll not be warned about possible negative outcomes of a surgery. He would nor respond in any serious way to post-surgery concerns.

Dr. Willett has performed multiple surgeries on my entire family. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. His bedside manners are wonderful. He really puts you at ease.
