(THIS IS WORTH READING).. I called a few days ago for an ADHD evaluation. Lady at the front desk told me she was going to consult with Dr. Hege and give me a call back later that same day. I never got a call back. Today I call back after a few days not hearing from them. (I COULD NOT MAKE THIS UP) The receptionist tells me Dr. Hege was not going to see me. I ask “well what is the reason behind that?” She goes “I don’t know he didn’t give a reason he just told me to tell you no. I’m sorry I hope you find help.” As confused as I was I thanked her and hung up. Is this not where you go to find help? I’ve never experienced this level of unprofessionalism. I’m truly disgusted to say the least. I hope he’s not treating his actual patients like this. But after reading multiple other reviews, it appears he is. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Why become a doctor if you’re going to pick and choose who you want to help?

Receptionist is coo coo. Makes the doctor seem extremely unprofessional.

If you’re an addict who wants easy access to meds and no actual help, go to this “doctor”

Something very sketchy about this place. If you’re thinking of transferring from a different doctor - don’t. This office will book your “appointment”, then call again (6 calls in one day - receptionist requesting medical info), once received, receptionist explains how Dr. Hege can’t see you... so I responded “That’s fine, do you maybe have a referral? Since Dr. Hege’s expertise is exactly what I need, I need to understand why that doesn’t make him a good match for me and what I should be seeking” According to his website, my history and conditions are almost identical to what he treats in patients. 100% SOMETHING ILLEGAL IS BEING DONE HERE. Please be smart about SS# and personal medical data. You’re welcome.

Hands down, the strangest office staff I’ve ever come in contact with. These people are sketchballs. Seriously, just the way the receptionist calls you - it sounds like she is high on pills. Just call and request an appt and you’ll know what I mean. He also doesn’t accept patients that aren’t road trash looking for drugs. Good luck.

Hes all about money money money!

Have very much enjoyed my experience thus far with Dr. Hege & staff. Always very friendly. Appreciate weekend availability! Appts last just a short time (only negative), and commute here takes longer than appt! Would also like opportunity for less frequent visits, but understand need as medications, frequency, & dosing changes & requirements for flu!

Dr. Hege and his staff are all extremely friendly. They're all very helpful. Dr. Hege is an excellent doctor. I could not be happier as a patient here.

I called to see about getting tested for ADD. The receptionist put me on hold immediately after answering. I sat and waited for several minutes and then when the receptionist picked up the phone again she refused to let me schedule an appointment. She told me that I had better read everything on the website before scheduling an appointment.
