Great doctor. However, I am concerned about the staff. The nurses sometimes seem to be short tempered. This does not seem to be the norm, but response time on phone is slow. However, doctor provides good service.

I call him my personal Doctor. I know he have more patients than myself. He explains to you so you can understand what he is diagnose with. The most important he listen to you. He doesn't rush you out of the examination room. For his next patients. I have been his patient for 11 years. I'm very please with Doctor Sherrod. I recommend to all my family and friends very highly

This doctor and staff has lost the meaning of caring for patients. I have been with this doctor for 4 years and this past year and half has been the worst service. They will leave you on hold for over 10 minutes without acknowledgement of your concern. The wait time is over and hour or more and follow ups may or may not even happen. Uncaring and unprofessional Doctor and staff.

I HAVE BEEN A PATIENT OF DOCTOR SHERROD FOR OVER FOUR YEARS HE IS NOT ONLY A GREAT DOCTOR BUT ALSO A GREAT LISTENER AND MENTOR. HE ALWAYS TAKES TIME WITH HIS PATIENTS. I HEARD HE WAS LEAVING FAMILY PRACTICE PARTNERS,, WHAT I NEED TO KNOW WHERE IS HE GOING? I HAVE ENJOYED BEEN HIS PATIENT. DR. On my initial visit, I told Dr. Sherrod I was taking hypertensive medication and it was a task finding one that worked well for my body. He started changing my doses each visit until I had an allergic reaction. He then changed me from the previous regimen and put me on a dehabilitaing HBP drug. I informed his office of the side effects and they told me to stop taking medication and they would call me in a new prescription. That never happened. I tried to call over the week-end, but no after hours number to paige a doctor on-call. My BP was extremely elevated so I rushed to the ER and they kept me for a day because someone didn't do their job. It was my birthday for "god's sake". The next business day, I informed them of my ordeal and Dr. Sherrod referred me out to a cardiologist to get a medication change. He passed me on because he didn't want to address a simple problem. I can only imagine what he would do to a more complex one. I saw Dr. Sherrod for 3 month then requested my… records.
