My husband and I have each had the same experience with this practice numerous times. Making an appoinment was not the easiest and the receptionist is not very helpful and/or pleasant. Once arriving at our appoinments, the wait time has been no less than 2 hours each time we have been there. That is 2 hours from appointment time to the moment the doctor walks in the exam room. No one ever acknowledges the wait, apologizes or explains the delay. Once in the room, the doctor is in an out in just a few minutes typically with no "diagnosis" or explanation of what is going on. It is either...try this med or go see a specialist. We have tried morning, afternoon and evening appointments to see if it is the time of day that affects the wait time. We have overheard other patients in the waiting room commenting on the wait. So, waiting a long time seems to be the norm. At this time, we are looking for a new primary care physician.
