Dr. Dave Len Smith

Dr. Smith ordered the extraction of teeth that should not have been removed. I had saved up for braces and was so excited but he didn't advise me of problems with my bones or bite and simply said he could fix my teeth. Charged full price then couldn't close the big gaps he created after two and a half years! When I kept asking why no progress in all this time, he told me to find another orthodontist then made me sign a paper before he would remove the hardware and would not refund a single penny! I'm forced to either have four teeth ground down for two three-unit bridges ($12,000), or get dental implants ($8,000). The spaces won't close because there is no room to bring the teeth back, which means there was sufficient space to straighten them without pulling any teeth! After all that has happened, and all that I have been through, I have learned that Dr. Smith scammed me by deciding he would just straighten the overjet of my front teeth really quick, collect thousands of… dollars, and I would be 'none the wiser.' Unfortunately, my bones wouldn't allow his 'quick fix' and he should have known that. He kept all my money and left me with a bigger mess than when I started. By the reviews, I can see I am not the only client he scammed. Extracting teeth that should be left in place is an irreversible procedure. He needs to stop taking money from people. If you are considering an orthodontist, I would get thorough assessments and opinions from a few others.

Dr. is awesome and the staff is nice

I just love going in for my 6 wk check ups!! Dr. Smith is a kind in nature his orthodontic skills are outstanding!! My daughters smile turned out beautiful and my treatment is coming along better then expected! My favorite orthodontic assistant is Cindy, she always takes great care me.
