My visits with Dr. Webster (he takes care of my dad) are usually great. My last visit was not so impressive. The front desk and the nursing staff are always great in the way they interact with us and show care and concern for issues brought up. This time around Dr. Webster seemed distracted and in a rush. Additionally, on the door it says masks required beyond this point, however, there were people coming in with masks and they were allowed to conduct their business. In a clinic with high risk patients, safe should never be compromised.

I moved to Killeen in the spring of 2018, needed a doctor, and saw that Dr. Webster was near, and had good remarks. As a registered nurse of 46 years at the time, I saw him....and was IMMEDIATLY UNIMPRESSED. He saw on my paperwork that I was seeing a neurologist in Austin, for a seizure disorder that I had for over 40 years....and no seizures for approximately 20 years....and he said "Let's just stop your seizure meds then".....to which I said..."NO", my neurologist takes care of that....and you don't just stop something like that"....he insisted.....and so did I..I INSISTED that my neurologist would order and take take of my neurology problems. MY main problem for going to see him was uncontrollable diarrhea.....and he told me it was "Just a fluke"...nothing to wory about, take some pepto bismol, but I was on a prescription medication from my previous doctor in another state, that he refused to order. I DID call my MD in my prior state, and there was ONE refill, that I had transferred… to a Walgreen's here. I asked for a referral to a gastroenterologist, as I had a history of colon cancer, and had a pre-cancerous rectal polyp removed surgically 6 months prior....he refused. I had to WRITE and complain about Dr. Webster....and demanded an internal medicine doctor, which happened within a week....I saw Dr. Eric Walker within 2 weeks, and got a GI referral immediately, a colonoscopy within a months, all things that should have been done on that first visit with dr. Webster. ALSO....he prescribed Fosamax, for osteoporosis ONCE DAILY!! I had been on it for 2 years......and had to tell him it is a ONCE A WEEK medication...but he STILL wrote the prescription for once a day....just a very very unpleasant man....my FIRST visit with him lasted approximately 10 minutes....Thank GOD for Dr. Eric Walker....and sadly, he has left Wellstone....I've been switched to another internist, and hope to see him soon. Again, If I could give Dr. Webster less than ONE star, I would...Value your health?? See someone else!!

I called last week to refill my medicine and was told to swing by and pick it up by 4:00. I could t get off work and get there in time and when I called again today and asked to swing by and pick it up, I was told no. I needed to make another appointment and start over. Frustrated, I agreed. Then she told me he was on vacation all week. I said my medicine was already there and I was told to come by just a few days ago, could t I just pick it up today? She said no. The rules changed and the receptionist that told me I could swing by and pick it up didn’t know what she was talking about. She told me if I did t like it then I could go ahead and find a new doctor. Absolutely hated her I-don’t-care attitude.

Very bad service. I'm an Army Vet awaiting for a refill order that was not sign by him and returned to be sign on Nov 2017. They will not return call or provide status on refills unless you go waste two hours and $100. When I'm on a very expensive medicine and being part of an assistance program without his signature I will have to pay full price. I have visit the office twice and they promised to look at it but nothing in two months. Looking for another doctor was my only option n pay full price.

It was a short visit. More of a meet and greet. I liked him and will continue to see him.

walk in appointments are nice- Dr Dave seems always in a hurry- often you don't even see thee doc its his P.A, overall better than average.

My wife and I are new patients with Dr Webster and thus far are very pleased with both he and his staff.
