Dr. David Muneer Afzal, DO

I was treated with such disrespect and contempt that I removed Dr. Afzal as my primary care physician. My questions were scoffed at and my calls were denied during posted business hours. The Doctor himself is not a bad physician but refuses to properly communicate with his patients (he refuses to take any phone calls at all). The staff (with one exception) has some of the worst customer service I've ever been subject to. I've had them hang up the phone on me, jeer and ignorantly "correct" me over the phone with no regards to what I called to ask about and intentionally put me on hold for 20 minutes just so that they could turn off the phones so that my call went straight to the answering service. One staff member in particular was the rudest and most ignorant person I've ever dealt with at a doctor's office. The only way to get any information is for you to fork out the money for an appointment. Altogether this group is one of the worst examples of customer service I've ever been… subject to – they offer nothing but disrespect and terrible treatment.

He did not answer my questions. He failed to explain his diagnosis. I felt dismissed.
