Terrible practice administration. Second appointment that was cancelled by the provider while I was enroute to the appointment. I will find a new provider and share with the community through social media to avoid going to this provider. My time is just as valuable as this provider and the practice administrator should have a designated back up plan when provider is called away for an emergency. I have a hard time believing that both of my appointments were cancelled due to an unplanned emergency.

Dr. Alcantara explained everything before he worked on the EMG. He played music of my preference to help me become comfortable. And talked me through each step.
