Dr. Alfonso changed my life by by correcting a congenital defect that bothered me forever. He preformed my breast augmentation and lift 4 weeks ago, and I couldn’t be happier with my results. He made sure I felt comfortable from my first consultation. I selected Dr. Alfonso after visiting 4 other surgeons, and I am grateful that I did. I don’t think I could have had a better experience or better results with anyone else!

Just had my implants taken out after 11 years. He worked magic and made me look perfect with what was left to work with. He is such a sweet, caring Dr. He was recommended by two friends who had breast surgery done by him. He didn't disappoint. I am over the moon happy with the results he obtained. Don't look to any other Dr.

I am a 41 year old mother of 4 (who all breastfed). I have always wanted to have the procedure, but never felt it was "within reach" financially. I have been so happy with my results, right from day 1! I feel better, look better and have more confidence than before. I found it hard to believe that a procedure would bring confidence, but it really does! Recovery was exactly as described, painful at first, but tolerable after the first day. I chose a size that looks and feels very natural. I still wanted to be comfortable in my own skin! Dr. Alfonso really listened to me. He understood what my goals were, explained what he felt could be achieved, and made sure I had realistic expectations. He even called to check on me and make sure my recovery was as expected. It's the little customer service touches that go a long way. I attended a seminar at Plastic Surgery Associates before my initial consultation. I highly recommend the seminar as you will get a lot of your questions… answered there. Every single staff member I have met has provided amazing customer service! I am in love with this office and would highly recommend Dr. Alfonso and Courtney (in the medical spa) to anyone considering a procedure or treatment.

Dr. Alfonso was not my first choice for a surgeon. I went to him for a second opinion and ended up having him perform the surgery after all. He is very professional which at first turned me off. His bedside manner seemed cold and lacking humor. I have now seen him several times and he seems more casual now. He patiently answers my questions and doesn't seemed rushed. He seemed to better understand what I was experiencing after his family member had the same surgery which made me feel like he related better to the symptoms I was trying to describe. The office staff left me frustrated and I almost left the practice because of it. When I told them they didn't give me a certain form, two different people insisted I received it and one started going through my bag to look for it. It would have been nicer if instead of arguing with me and not believing that someone on their end may have forgotten a form, they would have just said no problem, here is a new copy. Overall the practice… was clean, well run, calm. Prices were higher than other practices, but they threw in some added benefits (free skin treatment, gift certificates). I would recommend Dr. Alfonso.

I recently experienced facial plastic surgery for upper and lower lids, brow lift anhd CO2 laser with Dr. Alfonso. After hearing him speak at PSA lecture I decided to have a consultation. The office staff is terrific, Andrea his coordinator was especially helpful with planning my surgery needs. Dr. Alfonso explained all details, very professional, percise, very caring. I had trouble with anesthesia and he even called me the night of surgery at home to see how I was doing. I am very satisified with the whole experience and would highly recommend Dr. Alfonso! I will be a repeat patient in the future for any plastic surgery needs.

I met with Dr. Alfonso for lipo to my abdomen and flanks as well as a scar revision. He explained the procedure and answered all of my questions. Andrea, his treatment coordinator, also was very helpful in answering questions I had after the consultation. The day of surgery Dr. Alfonso's, as well as surgical nurses and anesthesiologist, bedside manner was VERY comforting. I had complete trust that he would do an excellent job and take care of me. I did have a minor side effect from either the binder or anesthia, and Dr. Alfonso met me at ER after hours to make sure I was okay (which I totally was). I am almost 2 months post op and I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER!! My results are beyond my expectations, to which I credit Dr. Alfonso. THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart, you have no idea what you have done for my self confidence. I would and have recommend Dr. Alfonso as a plastic surgeon. His office and team are also amazing:)

I have seen Dr. Alfonso three times for various outpatient procedures while working up to a CO2 laser treatment. He has been very patient with all my questions and anxiety. He appears to take a conservative approach and even suggested I wasn't ready for a redo of Juvederm filler yet! Staff is friendly and knowledgable. Downtown parking is a breeze with valet parking or a stamped parking ticket with the ramp right across the street. Their seminars are valuable for general information and getting to know the staff.

I would highly recommend Dr. Alfonso for any plastic surgery needs. He LISTENED to me and made sure I had the answers to my questions. Took more than enough time with me and my husband during each of my appointments. And the results of my surgery far exceeded my expectations! I'm very pleased with the job he did!!
