Dr. Arkin has been my Doctor for over 30 years- He is a wonderful and caring Doctor. He has treated me for Graves. You would be lucky to have him for your Doctor.

Great Doctor - Office Manager dismissed me from practice and refused to allow me to speak with Dr. Arkin or give him a letter I wrote.

Dr. Arkin would not call me back. His office threatened to have me arrested if I did not wear a mask. I asked for my result over the phone and they said no they wanted my money so I had to come in. He does not care about anything but the money.

The best doctor you could ever have treating your Diabetes. I had a heart attack and he was there making sure I was getting the best treatment one would need.

Dr. Arkin took time to understand my health conditions, no rush but very concerned of my situation and updated a good treatment procedure. Very experienced and caring doctor.

I have been a patient of Dr. Arkin for twenty (20) years and have had moderate Graves disease controlled with medication. He has always listened and shown genuine concern for my overall health and he set up a plan that has worked well even though we both agreed not to go the RAI route when I was first diagnosed, as I was reluctant and willing to try longer term medication. That was the quick fix other doctors were trying to sell me and it didn't sit right. A friend recommended I see Dr. Arkin. Of course we as patients are responsible to maintain the best health we can on our own by forgoing bad health habits and adhering to healthy diets and exercise and taking our medications religiously, but a highly professional and caring doctor such as Dr. Arkin makes all the difference in the world as you experience the inevitable bumps in the road due to your condition. God bless this doctor and all doctors who go above and beyond and act like it's a calling not just a profession.

I went to Dr. Arkin after many years searching for a doctor who would work with me on managing my thyroid disease. He listened to me and adjusted my medicine until he found the correct dosage for me. He explained my disease to me in detail so I understood what to watch out for and expect. I am so thrilled to have found such a wonderful doctor after 15 years of searching. I recommend him to anyone who wants a doctor who cares.

The Dr. seemed knowledgeable enough, but the supporting staff is awful. And unfortunately most of your time is spent with them. A recent blood test turned into a nightmare. A test that normally takes 1 to 2 day turn around went into 8 days and it would have been longer if not for me escalating it to a manager. I had called the doctors office 5 times without a return call. After escalating my issue to the office manager, it didn't get much better. After several excuses, ie labs can take 10 to 12 business days for results (my result had been back after 2 days), the Dr left early, the nurse went to a funeral, etc. Not one apology, but perhaps the nurse should have returned my call. They lacked professionalism, compassion and dedication. By the way, the office manager said to decrease my meds by half....no discussion regarding the results. I'm just not accustomed to this type of service!
