Dr david arnold performed a lower back operation on my l4 and l5 he was supposed to do a fusion the bill and description on the bill was that he did a fusion of the l4 and l5 I was still having pain afterwards that was still the same as my pain before my surgery he did another MRI and told me I needed a laminoscopy to unpinch the sciatic nerve from the l5 and s1 the bill he charged said he did the operation but I was still having the exact same pain went in to have the staples removed he was ok went in 2 weeks later for a follow up appointment and his office was cleared out and had given no letter or call about it so I needed a new Dr my attorneys found me one he wanted to do a MRI to see what was going on he found that I had not had a fusion or a laminoscopy and that there was scar tissue build up but not what the medical records was showing he sent me to another Dr for a second opinion and his finding was the same no work had been done to unpinch the nerve and no fusion was done… either he is a crook and a lier I have talked with many of his other ex patients who have had the same dealings with him since he can't be found he left without a trace I can't sue him witch is what the others are trying to do as well

I have Fibromalgia and Spinal Stonsis. He requested steriod injections 3 times a year. Was never told when to return for a update on my condition. Would like to have one.
