Best Primary Care Doctor ever!

Poor customer service by the staff. I have been a patient for over 12 years. The new practice expansion lead to hiring very inexperienced and unprofessional staff. I was prescribed the WRONG medication and the staff refused to listen or allow me to speak to the doctor. Neither my advocate (husband) nor the Pharmacist were able to resolve the problem due to his staff and their refusing to take responsibility or correct the problem. Very disappointing.

My children and I all see Dr. Arthurs. He has always treated us with respect and concern. He provides reassurance when I am worried about normal childhood illnesses. My parents have begun to get their medical care from Dr. Arthurs. He involves them in making decisions and patiently explains about their diagnoses, what to expect from their medication and how often to follow up. This is a great office and they treat us like family. We are very pleased with our medical care from Dr. Arthurs.

I have had several terrible experiences with Dr. Arthurs. I am a young, intelligent female, and he was incredible condescending to me on each visit. On one occasion he actually told me that something I asked about had too much of a "long, complicated scientific name" for me to remember so he wouldn't tell me it and wrote it down instead. It was a simple term I had heard before.He also made some rash assumptions about other aspects of my health and seemed not to believe me when I told him those were untrue.Overall he made me feel very uncomfortable as his patient. Maybe he is a good doctor to go to if you are male and his contemporary, but he seems to have little respect for my demographic. I want nothing further to do with the man.

Staff is very friendly. Dr. Arthurs took time to address my numerous health concerns on my first visit. I felt listened to. Caring and professional.

Arrogant, know it all, but does not realize that he doesn't know it all = scary. Rude to both patients and his own staff.
