Dr. David Michael Ash, MD

David Ash has an ego issue that he takes out on vulnerable clients. He must be right, even when he's wrong (which is more often than he is capable of admitting even to himself), and he must have power and control. He falsified my medical records to match the story he wanted to create. The records are very different from what all my other providers say, and my other providers are glad I have a different psychiatrist now. Looking for personalized medicine? Forget it!! He will force you to take something literally because "that's what the textbook said in med school", despite you telling him that you've tried that medicine already and it is ineffective. I know 3 people who know David Ash, and all of those people strongly dislike him. He does not care if his patients suffer or take the wrong medication because it's not about what's best for the patient, it's about what stabilizes his fragile self esteem.

He coerced me into taking medication, which is unethical and a patient's right violation. He kicked me out of his office and abused his power to keep me in the hospital. My insurance filed a grievance against him because his coercion was clearly documented.

Dr Ash is very friendly and open. One thing that really stuck out is the amount of education he provided me. I like to know why and the science behind my body. He went above and beyond to ensure I had the education I needed for my diagnoses and prescription. While I feel like most doctors diagnose you, give you a script, and send you on your way. But Dr Ash was very personable and made me feel comfortable.
