I have been a patient for over 30 years and have send many family and friends to be cared for by Dr. Baggett. I missed an appointment and recently tried to schedule an appointment for an urgent medical need. I was forced to speak with the office manager and told that my file was "inactivated" because of a missed appointment. The office staff would not let me schedule and appointment and I was told that I would NOT speak with Dr. Baggett regarding how I was being treated. Love and respect Dr. Baggett but have regrettably had to seek medical care elsewhere.

They must hire med school drop outs here because no one knows what they're talking about. Worst doctors office I've ever been to. The doctor will be busy so they'll pawn you off on some nurse who doesn't know how to do her/his job. You'll basically pay to be treated like a lesser human being and theyll also gauge your insurance saying that their (uneducated) nurses are counted as specialist instead of just regular doctors. The staff is also very rude. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Dr. Baggett has been my physician as well as my husband and 5 children's for almost 30 years. One could not ask for a better, more caring Doctor. He takes extra time with each patient and is never too busy , always lending a listening ear to help. My whole family absolutely love him. Great family Doctor!!!

Dr Baggett seems nice. But that staff OMG! Just plain rude. Inefficient and unprofessional. The manager was a nightmare. Just moved here in June. Looking for new primary care doc. This won't be the place. Sorry.

You may have to wait a bit, but almost always in and out within an hour. Well worth the wait. This is a genuine old-fashion doctors office that just doesn't exist anymore! Fabulous Doctor and PA. Staff is friendly and very accommodating!
