all good as always great Dr.always well informed and willing to help

All I ever do is call and call and call and they seem to never answer the phone. I’m always told by the emergency answering service that they only work a few days a week. Feels more like a they only work a few days a month and it’s like hitting the lottery when you actually can get a hold of them. Sad to say I still have to go here as because they take my insurance. 2nd thing due to a major time lapse in a diagnostic and then submitting it to my insurance was greater then 3 months causing another copay as well as another unknown number of months I have to be in pain.

Great Doc. He engaged me right off the start. Very to the point, easy to understand. The procedure went very well. He even answered questions during the very delicate work. I would recommend him to anyone. Thanks Doc

Went for assessment of tailbone pain dr didn’t even examine my tailbone sent me for mri and was abrupt when I asked questions actually said he couldn’t help me my pcp said he would refer me to someone else dr is odd and borderline rude he should retire I did have my husband with me he felt the same and we were both very discouraged by the doctors seeming indifference to my pain and btw I did not and was not there for pain medicine I was there thinking he could examine me and provide his expertise for the cause of my tailbone pain

I m impressed with the care and treatment I am receiving from Dr. Bagnall He is very kind and explained my medical condition and the treatment to relieve my back pain He is a excellent physician and I m grateful to have him as my Doctor . I trust him 100 percent.

Bagnall insisted I had degenerative disk disease (because of my age) without doing any testing or x-rays. He preformed a RF (radio frequency) on my back vertebrae. This did not help at all. His only solution was to wait a year (as I suffered in pain) and repeat the same RF again. Happily my primary care setup an appointment with Dr. Suchy who found that my source of pain was in my hip joint (Si joint). Now I am pain free.

I am seeing Dr Bagnall for excessive pain after 3 shoulder surgeries. He is very professional. He takes the time to really listen, and explain things on a level the average person can understand. Although I still have a lot of pain I now understand why, and how the my body is recovering. I highly recommend Dr Bagnall and his staff.

I saw Dr. Bagnall years ago and would not recommend him. He is very negative. He told be to just accept I may never get any better. I had fibromyalgia and went on to have a complete recovery through no help from him.

This doctor does not know what he is doing he gets paid to lie about a patient and he is a rude person and the staff sucks to

I have been treating with Dr. Bagnall since 1999. He has always been a caring and professional person. Because of him I have been able to continue working and earning good money at a job I love.
