Everything was fairly normal for a dentists office, lots of forms. Lots of people and waiting. I was there with my child for routine 1st exam, xrays and cleaning. They seperated us into different areas and proceeded to xray, clean and Flouridate my sons teeth with out reviewing anything at all with me. They NEVER asked if they could or should Flouridate his teeth. Which if they had taken a few more minutes and actually asked or discussed their proceedures I would have told them my special needs child does not get Flouride of any kind!!!! They came and told me they had finished with my son and said nothing about conditions of teeth good or bad, but managed to charge me for they Flouride treatment. Which is when i found out he had gotten it! My insurance does happen to cover that, but money was not the issue. The issue is that NO doctor or dentist should do a routine proceedure without informing you that is a "standard practice" at their offices. That is what I was told when I asked… to talk to their office manager. NO refund was offered or given. I was not pleased with my results either. They only seemed interested in what they could charge my insurance, certainly NOT their patients best interests. I highly recommend you check around I DO NOT recommend them.
