The office workers are rude and unhelpful. They either don't know how to file a claim properly or are too lazy to do so leaving you to have to call insurance. Every time I had to do this it just turned out that they coded something wrong and that's why they were not paid. Instead of figuring that out themselves they just kept sending bills to my house. When I had the first appointment of the day I wasn't seen for 45 minutes he hadn't come in until 15 minutes after the appointment should have started and then proceeded to chat with the office staff in a backroom loud enough for all to hear for another 25 minutes. Couldn’t have cared less that people were waiting. They overcharge and sometimes double bill for labs. When you come to them with one of these issues you are met with aggression and rudeness. Besides, all of the politics in the office he is not overly friendly as a doctor either. So, if you're looking for feeling like somebody cares this is not where I would go.
