Dr. David Linley Barnes, DO

This is the third time in a year I have called and received no call back. I have been a patient of Dr. Barnes for many years and I know that he is a caring physician. It is too bad that his front office staff does not have a sense of urgency when it comes to patient care.

I have been a patient of Dr Barnes for a long time, 6+ years. But as of late I can’t get any call backs at all, from the front desk or the nurse. The nurse makes you feel stupid for not knowing what’s wrong with you and asking for tests to be done. I have called for my husband to get an appointment with their office and they never returned our call(even with a very detailed message), been two month or more since then. I had to figure out how to get my husband to a specialist all on my own. I call and leave messages name, DOB, phone number and a very short and to the point message(I need to see dr Barnes) but still nothing. They have had to change their messages saying don’t call repeatedly, I wonder if that’s because they refuse to return calls. I actually thought they refused to return our calls because we still owed money and forgot about a bill, I called the billing office and we have a zero standing balance on both my husband and my accounts. I have been waiting over a week for… the last attempt for a returned call, I even went to their web site and sent them most of what I wrote here. Still nothing. I have had to go to urgent care more then once because they wouldn’t return my calls. The doctor is great, his staff is to comfortable in their positions to actually do a good job. I am sure they will screen this and the doc will never see this. It’s too bad, he is a great guy and doctor. Looks like I will have to take my health care elsewhere. Oh and I have AETNA for insurance so that isn’t the problem, the staff is the problem.

Dr. Barnes is wonderful but his stuff is not. I waited over a week for a call back make many times for appts. Frustrated.

Dr. Barnes is a great doctor with a wonderful bedside manner. He is friendly and thorough.

Dr Barnes is such a fine Doctor. Good doctors are extremely hard to find and Dr Barnes is a Great doctor.

Dr Barnes is amazing. He is the 1 in 20 who really knows medicine and how to accurately diagnose. It is important to state that the doc is also an MD by training and board exams. He embodies all I look for in a Doctor, authentic, brilliant, mindful and funny.

Dr Barnes is fantastic! I was concerned about a medical issue before leaving on a trip- I showed up first thing in the morning and he was more than happy to see me. He is thorough and informative. If he has any concerns which he is unable to address, he knows where to send you and is extremely helpful. I highly recommend Dr Barnes!!

Doctor Barnes is a caring doctor who will go above and beyond with your medical needs. He is thorough, compassionate, and has no problem referring you to others if that what is needed. I am very grateful for Dr. David Barnes' care.

Dr Barnes is an awesome down to earth guy.he is very understanding and caring id reccommend any one with issues to be his patient.

In every area Dr. Barnes is the best Dr. I have ever had.
