Dr. David Eugene Benton II

Dr. Benton has been my PCP for about 4-6 years. I've seen him monthly. A couple days ago I was in the hospital for abdominal pain and headache. I saw him for a follow up the next day. He would not treat my symptoms. He also didn't order any medical tests such as ultrasound, blood work, ct scan....nothing. Not even a referral to a doctor who would help treat my pain and find the cause of the pain. I pay out of pocket to see him and I feel that I've been treated unfairly. The pain was so bad I had to return to the hospital to find out what's going on. I will be choosing a different family practice that my insurance covers. Is it legal for a dr to refuse their regular patients treatment?

Dr Benton is caring , He listens and always takes care of me well , I feel comfortable being in his care

Dr Benton always takes his time with you. He is very thorough and explains things so that you can understand. You can also ask any questions that you may have. I highly recommend Dr Benton

Dr. Benton is an excellent provider! He always spends time make sure that you understand your diagnosis and provides excellent education. Myself, my husband, and my mother all see Dr. Benton and we have all been impressed by the care we receive. He attends conferences on a regular basis to stay updated on diseases and medications in order to provide the best care. He often shares the new information and incorporates it into the care he provides. I would not choose any other physician. I wish all healthcare providers were as committed as Dr. Benton is to providing outstanding care. He even called to check on my mother outside of office hours. I was so impressed and could not believe his dedication (you just don't see this kind of care these days). Well, I know there is a special place in Heaven for Dr. Benton.
