I had a colonoscopy today and Dr. Berkman was thoroughly professional, helpful, patient, and informative. He was very pleasant and friendly. I highly recommend him.

If scheduling a colonoscopy be sure to get type of exam in writing! ANY mention of ANY trouble will instantly change exam from routine to a "diagnostic" without telling you and increase cost to you by hundreds of dollars!! User BEWARE!! Staff acts like your a bother. Go elsewhere!

This Dr. seems to have some sort of a deal with drug manufacturers. He has no interest in treating me by any other means than by increasing madications or adding new medications. He also has expressed annoyance when i have sought second opinions in regards to my condition (Ulcerative Colitis). I would not recommend this doctor to anyone PERIOD! Very unprofessional!
