Excellent doctor. I have been seeing Dr. David at the Winton Road office for 15 years. He has been taking care of me as well as my family and grandchildren. I truly appreciate his skill. The nursing staff has always been extremely professional, caring and very helpful. Thank you Dr. David, you are the BEST!

The front office and appointment scheduling staff for the Bernstein group is atrocious. I do not spend most of my time in Cincinnati and am only back every few months. I was out of town and forced to change my travel plans at quite a hefty cost because I was told that I would need to visit twice - once to have my vials made, and once to get my first shot. I paid quite a lot of money to change my flight only to find out that the front office staff was either too incompetent or lazy to check and see that my vials had been made and there was no need for me to come back earlier for an appointment. Not only did they make this glaringly disrespectful error, but they also NEVER appologized! I love my doctor, but the level of disrespect and incompetence that their front office staff shows is staggering.

I saw Dr. Bernstein in the spring of 2012 due to my skin allergies I was having at the time. To this day, I still have these itchy bumps on my legs that will not go away, which is very frustrating. I had two visits with him and they were both pointless. They did the usual tests to see what I was and was not allergic to, which took about and two hours. He was able to diagnose eczema on my arms, but was unable to diagnose the irritations on my legs. He had me go home and collect all the products I use on my legs, including lotion, shaving cream, etc. Per his request, I brought in those items to my next appointment, but all he and his intern did was stare at my legs like I was an alien or something. He did not put me at ease and just told me to continue taking benadryl to stop using the products. He really had no helpful direction for me, which I was VERY desperate for at that time. I feel as though I completely wasted my time AND money. There was no follow up call or anything and just… seemed like he either didn't care or was compltely clueless. I expected a lot more out of a doctor who has been practicing for over 30 years.

I didn't feel he listened to me or has tried to find a cause for my problem i.e. blood labswait time was 1 hour and 50 mins for the first visit and 1 hour and 35 mins for the second visit. I don't care for his bedside manner.

Dr Bernstein was able to diagnose and treat my asthma and get me undercontrol. i am now doing very well and i feel he saved my life
