I have been a patient of Dr Dave and have recommended him often. I am very impressed with the fact I never have to wait for my appointment to begin. The girls at the front desk have always been wonderful And the hygienists have never disappointed! I just cannot imagine finding anyone better.

NEVER EVER WILL I USE HIM AGAIN, AND HIS STAFF IS RUDE

I started going to Dr. Dave 23 years ago shortly after I moved to the area and was pregnant with my first child. I have had quite a bit of dental work done by Dr. Dave and when my children were old enough I took them to him as well. I have always had a great experience with any service I had done and my children, now young adults still are patients there. Through the years we have always been ideal patients, maintaining appointments, always paid our fees and referred friends and family to Dr. Dave. I moved to Oak Lawn a couple of years ago and did not have insurance for a few years so I was not able to keep up my routine dental exams until a year ago when I got a new job with insurance. Being loyal to Dr. Dave I continued to be a patient with Dartmoor Dental and traveled 60 miles one way for visits. Last fall I got stuck in traffic and out of courtesy I called the office to tell them that I would be about 15-20 minutes late. At first Michelle was ok with that, but she must have ran it… by the hygenist (I was only going in for a cleaning) and called me back and stated that I would have to reschedule. Needless to say I was insulted that I would be turned away after driving such a long distance and giving them the courtesy of letting them know and offering to come in later since I was so far. The response I got was "maybe you would be better off finding a dentist by you!" I told her how insulting and rude that was and that I was moving back to the area soon anyway which I did 2 months after the incident. I did find another dentist and moved on. Unfortunately, I was treated like a third class citizen and after 23 years of service you would think Dr. dave would have called and apologized for his staffs inappropriate behavior. I still think Dr. Dave is an excellent dentist but he needs to instill better manners in his staff and even though he has a new office, he needs to appreciate the old patients who helped him achieve that.
