Dr. David A Bollard, DO

Husband Called Dr office over week before procedure. because He was informed to call them for further testing. After a week no call back. Called dr 3 days before procedure Dr said I need to contact two specialist! Frustrated because this could have been felt with on original call to Dr! Now post pined procedure, post pined surgery and had to change all times taken off of work! Could not get specialist in time.

I have been seeing Dr. Bollard for years. Of course my visit Is not always "perfect" . Sometimes i need to wait, sometime the staff is hurried. Usually when i see him for a cold he is quick but i have had serious issues which were handled with more time. He is an excellent doctor that cares especially when you have a serious issue or ongoing medical problem.

I have been a patient of Dr. Bollard for 20 years. I have never had a problem with him. He is very thorough. He has a great personality and always friendly. His nurse is very sweet. The Office Staff on the other hand, absolutely horrible. They are rude and leave you on hold over the phone forever. They are not very knowledgeable when you ask them a simple question like transferring records to another doctor that is supposed to be associated with the practice.

I have never written a review for any product or service in my entire life. But after 3 experiences with this office that were all HORRIBLE I feel like I have no choice. Do not go here if you want to be treated like a human being!! Lets start with the reception you will receive. There are 4 or 5 secretaries and you should expect to stand at their desk for over 5 minutes without even being addressed. They are just angry nasty women who will object to any question you ask. When you speak to them on the phone expect to be hung up on! (I answered phones for 4 years during college and would never dream of this!!) As for the doctor, he is one of the most vain stuck up people I've ever met. He absolutely is not interested in making you healthy (unless it generates positive reviews because that could increase business). He only is interested in making money. Very passive aggressive, nasty, and extremely unaccommodating. I had blood work done and to speak to the Dr. for 30 seconds about… my results I have to schedule another appointment to come in?! Seriously? He is just trying to increase the number of visits to increase his profits. Every other time I've had blood drawn (maybe 10 times) you can get your results and speak to the doctor over the phone. He was trying to push a certain medicine on me and I constantly rejected. Eventually he asked why and I told him that I think this drug is extremely unnecessary and a tool of the Pharmaceutical industry to make money. And the Doctor goes, "Well yea. It's not Big Pharmaceutical's job to make you healthy, it's their job to make money." This is the exact same way that Dr. Bollard feels about his own practice. It is not his job to make you healthy, but just to make himself rich. I have never met such a pompous, insensitive human being...and I'm supposed to trust my health and body to this money hungry monster? Yea right!

Dr. Bollard although he is a very knowledgeable doctor. He seems to only pretend to care about his patients and seems to worry more about money than treating your needs.

He is rough around the edges and lacks compassion and dull personality. Billing department for their group is completely incompetent.

Dr. Bollard should see a Dr. he has serious mental Issues.

Very friendly-but busy. i can understand why he is busy. nice person and does take very good care of me.

Dr Bollard is a professional & if I could afford to to to a doctor with no insurance, I would go to him.

clearly he's got enough patienst so I guess they wont miss me. Oh and Sparta medical associates, aside from being apathic, inattentive, making fradulent insurance claims, not returning overpayments, not returning phone calls, losing records, making you come back again and again unnecessaarily, are fantastic!
