Worse experience with the staff

I am so impressed with Dr. B that upon returning to my office today, I gave his name and contact info to my Boss who also happens to be looking for a new primary care physician. "Call me David," Dr. said to me when we met for the first time today. Seriously? I could never do that as I have too much respect for this man and his talents. Dr. B is personable, sensitive, knowledgeable, and invested in his patient's good health and general well-being. Clearly, he knows medicine and is happy to take time to explain the body's inner-workings eg., how it is that a beta-blocker can limit lung function. That's only one of many things that I learned today from the capable Dr. B who never hesitated to grab a diagram (or two) to illustrate a point of discussion. I feel very fortunate to be in the care of a physician who obviously loves his craft. For the first time in my life, the "white coat syndrome" that I've long experienced is now a thing of the past. Routine visits to Dr. B and… staff (Wilma was great) will be a "cinch" for as welcome as I was made to feel on my "inaugural" visit today. Thank you Dr. Bostanjian!

I have never had such a wonderful experience with a doctor. He is thorough, educative, warm, caring, and very personable. He spent 45 minutes with me, something I didn't think doctors do anymore. I am so impressed. I feel certain that my health is in good hands.

The hospitality and warm atmosphere of the office is astonishing. Even if you go to the office sick, you get well as soon as you get their treatment. Thanks God that we still have the honored doctors like Dr. Bostanjian.

I went into Dr. Bostanians office thinking my former doctor would be there, little did I know, that former doctor had transferred to another clinic. Since I did not feel well and I was already at Dr. Bostanjians office I decided to allow him to see me as a patient. As soon as Dr. Bostanjian called me into the room I did not have to wait any longer like I did at other doctors offices, he came to my room straight away. I did not know anything about him, nor had I ever been his patient. He treated me as if I was his family friend, like his patient of many years, as if he had known me...I find it so hard to find doctors who actually care about their patients, he took the time to diagnose my illness and was honestly the most humble and caring doctor I have ever met. Im used to doctors who want you in and out, doctors who are cold and know nothing about you, and doctors who just want the money. In my opinion, Dr. Bostanjian is the best doctor! I've never met someone so humble, and who takes… their job serious. I am appreciative and thankful for society to be blessed with a person as Dr. Bostanjian.
