Dr. David F Bradley, DDS

Still trying to get damaged repaired from years ago in Warren office. Has his girls do most of the necessary work and he is totally arrogant and unprofessional God forbid should you question or complain yo him about his dentistry work!! Stay away !!

I was recommended to go to Dr. Serra who practices out of David Bradley's new office in Novi. At first, everyone was super nice, i wrote a raving review.....I spoke much too soon! I had been through a horrible ordeal with 2 other providers and came in ready with my flex file of dental procedures, original molds, and health history. The molds were looked at for 1 minute, and the files weren't at all. I figured since I emailed them too, that they must've been looked over...I was wrong again. I was told I would be eating solid food in about 2 months and not to worry, since I was not the most difficult case he had seen. I was put into an LVI global protocol treatment...3 times.....that was ineffective and made matters worse! I also received emergency root canal treatments from Dr. Bradley when Dr. Serra was on one of his many excursions. I paid $3, 850 for 2 root canals. After getting xrays somewhere else, I was told only one was performed.....well that explained one area of pain! Come to… find out, Dr. Serra knew only one was performed, I told him I was charged for 2, and nothing was said or done about it. No refund. Then this $25,000 treatment that was "proven to work" was improper treatment from the get go...and when I asked that my loan be refunded while he figured it out, so I wouldn't be paying thousands in interest...while I am barely working due to this ordeal....my next appointment was cancelled, the office reported that they did NOT know when my dentist was coming back, and then a day later I recieve a "box of teeth" and a letter stating that he stood behind his work and would cement them in. How is it that I had permanent crowns in a box, when my condition and bite was not correct AND we never sat down to discuss shape, size, color....anything?! This place robbed me of nearly $35k and left me in even worse condition. Stay away from this establishment! They need to be shut down!

The composite fillings have deteriorated in two of my back lower teeth and need to be replaced. I called 1-800-DENTIST for a referral and was connected with David Bradley's office. They asked that I block off two hours on my schedule for the visit as I was a new patient. After Mr. Bradley reviewed my x-rays, he showed me one tooth in my upper left side that he says needed a root canal. That tooth was not the reason which brought me into his office nor was it causing me any pain. I had no idea that any of my upper teeth were in trouble. After two of his staff members tried to sell me on a root canal for a tooth that's not causing me ANY pain to the tune of financing an additional $672 on top of what my insurance would pay, they did not refill my fillings or even clean my teeth because I passed on a root canal on a tooth that's not even bothering me. I felt like I was at a time share presentation instead of a dentists' office. I called back to obtain a copy of my x-rays because I… doubt that my insurance will pay for another set of x-rays and was told I'd have to pay $10 due to the "technology" they use to take the photos. I guess my little filling wouldn't bring in enough money for Mr. Bradley because I wouldn't allow him to rope me into an additional $672 on top of what he'd bill my insurance. So if he couldn't do what he wanted to do with MY mouth he didn't want to do anything. I would not recommend my worst enemy to be taken advantage of by Mr. Bradley. His "different way of doing things" is a code word for "watch your pockets--he's coming for them!" Also, the scheduler called me EIGHT TIMES to confirm ONE appointment. I felt like I was being stalked by an ex-boyfriend!
