Dr. David W Brandes, MD

Dr Brandes' nurse Ledi is one of the most conscientious nurses I have ever worked with. I appreciate her warm welcome of me each time I visit and her quick follow-up when I call her with concerns.

Dr. B is the best doctor for ms ever. I have seen other neuro doctors but Dr. B is different he is so understanding and caring he takes what ever time I need . I don't mind to wait cause each one of his patients is so important to him I would wait all day just to get to see him cause I know he is helping another ms patient we all feel like family we all understand how important he is to all of us. Ms people really appreciate a doctor like Dr B. ISometimes I feel like no one understand how I feel but he does it is almost like he has ms too thank you Dr. B you have helped me so much. I love the evaluation on each visit it lets me know where I am on a chart the cooling vest you got me really does help switching my medicine has saved me I was having attacks all the time but now I am down to what I call flares I feel like I can look forward to tomorrow where I used to be so scared thank you

dr. Brandis spends as much time needed with each patient. He sometimes runs late but that is because he is giving each patient exactly what they need.

I am a difficult case and Dr. Brandes at first may seem to not be paying attention but he is studying your records and you, and he blew my mind when he was done reading and put over 15 years of history together and understood what was going on. Tony his office girl is fantastic, I don't see how she does it but she keeps that office running great.

Referred to dr Brandes with possible MS diagnosis. Confirmed I didnot have MS. However, Dr Brandes did not have time to complete my appointment because he was spending time with a drug rep. Then had to hurry to a conference call. He did not have time to answer any of my questions. No,I would not send any one to him.

It was absolutely wonderful seeing Dr Brandes again last evening at Maggiano's. He was here to speak about his speciality..MS...He diagnosed me 8 yrs ago when he was still practicing in California and all I can say is WOW...he saved my life! He started me on Avonex right away and because of his urgent involvement with me, the MS has not stopped me from being the go-getter I am...still working, driving and living life..you folks in Tenn. should know you truly have a gem!

HE KNOW HOW TO TREAT PATIENTS AND IS ALWAYS BEEN A GOOD LISTENER, AS WELL AS VERY PROFESSIONAL. HE KNOWLEDGE IS IMPECCABLE, SUPER SMART DOCTOR, THE BEST. HE WAS SO KIND AND NICE AND HELPED ME WITH MY NEUROLOGICAL PROBLEMS AND ALWAYS WAS THERE FOR ME. I LOVE THIS DOCTOR, HE GOT ME FEELING BETTER AND I KNOW THAT HE REALLY CARES, HE IS ONE IN A MILLION,

This MD is fabulous in caring for MS patients. I saw him for many years, until he relocated in TN. I highly recommend him to others suffering from MS. If you are able to see him, you are very lucky to have the best.

Dr Brandes is an exceptional Dr., very caring and a great bed side manner.He is a very informative Dr. which most Dr.'s Lack.When it comes to YOUR health you need to be proactive and have a Dr. that that listens to what you have to say and gives you feedback, they may be Dr's but they don't know everything and it makes a huge difference when you can talk to a Dr. whom is open minded and its not all about DRUGS!This man to me is one of a kind in his field (the best to me) and I have been to the "BEST", but they are not the Best if you don't see eye to eye or they make you feel you don't know what you are talking about.All I can say is if you have M.S. and live in Knoxville give him a call you won't be disappointed!!!:)
