Dr. David Michael Broderick, MD

My wife was initially admitted to the emergency room at Dignity Health, Sacramento with a swollen knee, and during her time there, we had the opportunity to interact with two other doctors, Dr. Saradha O. Mahesh and Dr. Randy McCreery. I must commend both of them for their exceptional care and professionalism. They provided us with reassurance, attentiveness, and a level of expertise that was truly commendable. It is unfortunate that Dr. David Broderick, whom we encountered later, did not exhibit the same level of competence and compassion. From the very beginning, it was evident that Dr. Broderick lacked the necessary professionalism and dedication expected from a healthcare provider. His approach towards my wife's condition was shockingly casual, displaying a complete lack of interest and motivation to properly diagnose and treat her. This lackadaisical attitude immediately set off warning bells. To exacerbate matters, Dr. Broderick was supposed to perform an aspiration on my… wife's knee, a procedure that requires precision and attention to detail. Unfortunately, his lack of experience became glaringly obvious when he used the wrong needle size not once, but twice. As a result, my wife experienced significant pain during the procedure, which could have been avoided had he been competent and knowledgeable. The level of incompetence displayed by Dr. Broderick was truly disheartening. It is essential for doctors to prioritize patient well-being and demonstrate proficiency in their field. However, Dr. Broderick fell drastically short of these expectations, making it abundantly clear that he is not someone you want to entrust with your health. Considering the distressing experience my wife had with Dr. Broderick, I strongly advise anyone seeking medical care to steer clear of him. It is evident that he lacks the necessary skills, professionalism, and empathy required to deliver adequate healthcare. Opting for Dr. Broderick's services may not only result in subpar treatment but could also potentially cause unnecessary pain and discomfort. In conclusion, my wife's encounter with Dr. David Broderick left us deeply dissatisfied and concerned about the quality of care provided by him. I urge prospective patients to prioritize their well-being and seek out a doctor who is genuinely committed to their patients and possesses the necessary expertise. Dr. Broderick is certainly not that doctor, and it is in your best interest to avoid him altogether. On a positive note, I would like to express my gratitude towards Dr. Saradha O. Mahesh and Dr. Randy McCreery for their exceptional care during my wife's time in the emergency room. Their professionalism, attentiveness, and expertise were truly commendable. They provided us with the reassurance and confidence we needed during a challenging time. Should you require medical attention, I would highly recommend considering these doctors as they exemplify the qualities one expects from a healthcare professional.

I was very impressed with Doctor Broderick' s excellent qualified medical evaluation of my condition from my arm surgery. Through the examination, he apologized for"bad report", but actually he explained carefully how fortunate that I had modern medical equipment etc, That a earlier time would not have been so well, (even tho I would have limited recovery.) I said he was not negative but really encouraging. (confirmed that Dr. Owen did excellent repair) Dr. David M. Broderick was very personally & caring. I thank God for him, and that he & his P.A. traveled so far from Sac to Redding, in view of the horrific fries . They are excellent.

Dr David Broderick saw me for 4 1/2 years and one day just washed his hands of me , cause I was not a surgical candidate. I lost my job cause he said I was miraculously cured,but I am very limited and in pain.dont see this doctor!!

Had no choice but to undergo surgery by Dr. Broderick in Jan of 2016. He explained everything to me pretty much prior to surgery. His office staff is awesome. Always went out of their way to help (TY Tracy and MaRita (sp?). Since I'm barely one most post op can't comment on the future of my tibia/fibula fracture. BTW I really admire medical staff....they really have their hands full!

His cliants are mostly workers comp patients. It took 1h 45min before i saw a doctor even i had an apointment. I went with my private insurance just because he was the first available. He never looked at my mri but wrote in his report that my complaints contradict mri results, basically implying a lie. The office staff seems nice at the surface, but would not do anything that requeres any efford on their part. Took them a month to send my report. I went to a more competent doctor later and he saw multiple tears and degeneration in my back spine.
