Dr. Brothers was born in New York City and raised in South Florida. He received his undergraduate degree from Emory University. He graduated Phi Beta Kappa with honors in research in organic chemistry. He received his medical degree from the University of Miami School of Medicine where he was elected to the AOA medical honor society. Dr. Brothers completed his internship at the Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. He then completed his residency in general surgery and trauma at the University of Miami / JMH Medical Center. While a resident, he received multiple awards for his work on both trauma and burn victims. During his general surgery residency, Dr. Brothers was trained and certified in microsurgery. His training in plastic and reconstructive surgery was at the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill. He was then accepted for additional specialty training in cosmetic surgery with one of the most prominent and internationally respected cosmetic surgeons. This specialty …training was at the Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach.

Dr. David Brothers is the Best! My entire experience with my surgery was positive and fabulous. I had a tummy tuck and breast lift. Dr. Brothers and his entire staff are exceptional people. They are professional, knowledgeable and kind. I could not be happier with my results. I finally have my pre baby body back and I am thrilled! Dr. Brothers is a true artist. The incisions were clean and perfectly straight and in all the right places! It is so much fun shopping for clothes again! Thank you Dr. Brothers!!

I was extremely nervous about even starting the process of having a tummy tuck and liposuction following four pregnancies. As soon as Dr. Brothers walked into the exam room on my first visit, he set my mind at ease and gave me great confidence in my decision to have surgery. He and his staff were absolutely phenomenal throughout the entire experience and I feel as though I received topnotch care before, during and after the surgery. He is a warm and caring person as well as a true artist in his surgical technique and I couldn't be more thrilled with my results.

Dr. Brothers and his team are absolutely amazing. Not only is Dr. Brothers incredibly talented, but he and his team truly care about the well-being and satisfaction of their patients. His bedside manner is one of a kind and you never feel rushed through your appointment! I am beyond thrilled with my results and highly recommend his practice.

After consulting with 3 other plastic surgeons in Atlanta, there is NO WAY I would trust anyone else with my procedures. My process, from consult to my final visit, was flawless and beyond my expectation. The people in the office went above and beyond and held my hand through the process....and I didn't think a bedside manner such as Dr. Brothers' existed any more. My result is beautiful. Thank you Dr. Brothers!

Dr Brothers is an AMAZING surgeon, I feel so lucky to have been referred to him. His bedside manner is great, makes you feel very important and at ease. His staff is the nicest I've ever encountered - very friendly, make you feel like you are part of the family! It's very easy to get an appt and wait time is very minimal. Follow up care after surgery is very thorough. It's very evident that Dr. Brothers personally cares for his patients and wants the very best outcome. I couldn't have asked for better care and will most definitely refer friends and family to him!

Dr. Brothers is truly outstanding. After meeting him, I felt comfortable in allowing him to use his expertise, as to the procedure needed to get the results I wanted. Dr. Brothers gave my face a very natural, younger looking appearance. His office staff is also very awesome. I would highly recommend Dr. Brothers.

Doctor Brothers is an absolutely wonderful surgeon. He takes time to explain exactly what procedure he is going to perform and what areas he is going to correct. He helped boost my self esteem with his fantastic work! I am extremely happy with my results and the care of his staff!

Dr. David Brothers and staff are amazing!! He is very professional, very courteous, his office is in a private setting, individualized to your "needs" NOT his financial gain, and he is very compassionate.I have had multiple procedures from Dr. Brothers (tummy tuck, lypo) both with wonderful results. Dr. Brothers has injected BOTOX in my face as well for several years and those results have erased years off my face. I "do not" look over done; however, Dr. Brothers has an artistic eye to make me look just "right" for my body type and perfect my curves in a natural way.His work is simply amazing, so much that over a dozen of my friends have been recommended to him for referral work as well!!! I have visited the SPA services at Dr. Brothers office as well and had many facials/scrubs. They are simply "amazing"! They do not "pressure" you into using their lines or products; however, your face feels so smooth and soft that you sometimes treat yourself to a new skincare line and I often… added a new lotion/serum/cream each time.Pleased and PROUD to recommend Dr. David Brothers and Staff to any and all who seek plastic surgery, BOTOX injections and SPA services.
