Dr. David Buscher, MD

Dr. Buscher is a very intelligent, emphatic doctor who listens to his patients. He is an expert not only in his field of medicine but it medicine period and can answer questions quickly and thoroughly that other doctors can't or won't and it makes perfect sense. He is also the most compassionate doctor I have ever been to and doesn't have one bit of ego problem like so many other doctors do. He is easy going, down to earth and you feel comfortable talking to him about anything which is important.

Within minutes of meeting him, it was immediately clear to me that Dr. Buscher is the best doctor I've ever had. His professionalism, generosity, experience, expertise, perspective and empathy are far beyond any other medical practitioner I have consulted, either in the United States or overseas. Dr. Buscher understands how systems in the body all contribute to complex, chronic medical conditions. He has a fantastic depth of knowledge across areas of allergy and immunology. If I could give him ten stars I would. Thank you, Dr. Buscher!

I called for help and found David's receptionist (Jamie) to be extremely unprofessional and rude. I can't believe someone like this is working in his office and allowed to deal with patients. I waited for about a week from the time of my initial request for her and the nurse to get back with me regarding a basic request. After several attempts to obtain follow up I finally called and Jamie was extremely rude again... she stated some inaccurate information and hung up on me. I eventually spoke with the nurse but overall this was an unnecessary bad patient experience. Better people skills, patient relations and follow up are needed.

My husband and I saw Dr. Buscher for 7 years. He is a wonderful doctor, best I've ever seen. He is caring and kind, really wants what is best for you and listens to all your questions and concerns. Sadly we moved last year and I haven't had any luck in finding a new doctor where I am. If flying were an option, I would travel from out of state to see Dr. Buscher - he's that good.

I rated the office staff with slightly less than 4 because I found there was a bit of a learning curve myself, but they are diligent and get back to you promptly once established (probably better than your local primary-care doc!) and are quick to fax scripts or notes when asked.Dr. Buscher is highly intelligent and covers a spectrum of illness that I was almost unaware of as being officially recognized prior to seeing him. I had had many experiences of "top" doctors being either totally dismissive or just unable to offer even further testing or ideas. I have found him to be my go-to person whenever test results from any physician come in. He is also an advocate for people with environmental illnesses, professionally and personally. He is, quite frankly, the only person I have found who is competent and willing to be an advocate in this field.The only downside is the location if you are not close to Redmond and the costs of many tests can be quite high. His recent departure from… accepting Medicare is the biggest drawback, and can be a large obstacle at times.Bottom line: Thought it takes some time, this is the detective you want on your case if you've been suffering without any relief or clinical help.
