Dr. David Leland Byrd, MD

I was a patient of Dr. David Byrd for 20 plus years and my father was also his patient. We both loved the Doc. He is a great Doctor and very compassionate. He literally saved my life. My elderly father enjoyed seeing Dr. Byrd because Doc always took time to listen. I miss you Doctor. I highly recommend Dr. David Byrd. A great person friend and Doctor. Thanks Nick Knezevich

I don't understand why it is so hard to get a call back. I've left several messages for his nurse or staff to return call and NOTHING. appointments are always weeks out, the nurse never returns phone calls & Dr. Byrd does not do a through exam and he is always late. My time is valuable and I don't want to wait 2 hours to see him all of 10 minutes, if even that.

I had to wait 3 weeks to get an appointment, finally went in the office and had to wait over 2 hours to see Dr. Byrd. when he came in he appeared disheveled and needing a shower to say the least. Very poor eye contact, looked at his phone or computer the whole time. Never once listened to my heart or lungs just sat on the stool in a daze. I will not return, I think he may need a Dr worse than I do.

Never get return calls after leaving messages, Nurses and front staff very rude. Waited in lobby almost 2 hours. Dr. Byrd did not spend anytime with me. I will go where I can be treated

after waiting 2 hours in waiting room, Dr. Byrd spent all of 5 minutes with me in exam room. He never examined me, wrote me a prescription for a medicine I already take.

after trying for 3 days to get an appointment, scheduler called me back on 4th day only to make me wait 3 weeks for an appointment. 1 hr and 25 minute wait in waiting room. Dr. FINALLY walks in for all of 10 minutes, never touches my body, listen to my heart or anything just wanted to write a pain pill. I wanted to find out what caused pain not cover it up with pain pills. Staff was very rude, Nurse did not seem very educated. I'll look for another office that is more professional. tried to complain to office manager and never got a return call.

Could Never get an appointment when I needed it, office just wants to juggle you between Nurse Practioners. Can never get return call, automated phone system is terrible. People herded like cattle through office. Office staff seemed more interested in playing with their personal phones than helping patients

I could NEVER.get a return call, just forget getting any help with an appointment on the day you call. Nurses rude & will not call with results. Waited over a month for results to find out the wrong blood was drawn!

Wait times are over an hour, front office staff VERY RUDE & unprofessional , called Office Manager multiple times with no return call, can NOT get anyone to return calls. I'll find another Dr,.

Dr.'s Byrd are great....their nurses a different story. From talking loud enough about their weekend of drinking to one actually having an affair with one of my friends husband, they need lots of lessons in respect and tact. They are rude and knowing the one actually bragged about having a 'meeting' with another woman's husband at the office makes me worry which room was actually 'used'. Sad such great Dr.s have such horrible skanky nurses!
