Dr. David W Callander, MD

Dr. Callander was the best psychiatrist I have ever had. He is very patient and flexible. He helped me when I really needed it, and listened attentively and explained my diagnosis and treatment in great detail. Unfortunately, I moved out of state and couldn't continue working with him anymore. Would definitely continue working with him if I could!

Dr. Callander helped me to be well again. Over the course of nearly 4 years he helped me manage my bi-polar and anxiety/panic symptoms and referred me to a CBT therapist and internal medicine doctor that checked on how my body was responding to the medications. Several years in I expressed a desire to come off my medications to see how I could do without them and he worked with me over the following two years to slowly and safely accomplish this. Now I have the tools and recourses I need to be stable without medication. I’m the happiest and most stable I’ve ever been in my entire life thanks to Dr. Callander. My wife and my family thank him as well. Life changing.
