Been there over 2 years...still dont know him.

I HAD AN APPOINTMENT AT 8 AM AND WAITED 2 HOUR TO BE SEEN JUST TO BE TOLD THAT I NEEDED TO SEE A SPECIALIST AND THAT I WOULD BE NOTIFIED AT A LATER DATE. NO MEDICATION WAS GIVEN TO ME. I WAS TOLD IF I GOT WORSE I SHOULD REPORT TO THE ER BECAUSE HE HAS NEVER TREATED ANYONE WITH MY DIADNOSIS AND HE DIDNT KNOW HOW TO TREAT ME.

They cannot be reached by phone . i lost my appointment reminder and called them, Not only did they not answer the phone but also did not return a single call out of maybe 12. I am completely out of meds and have been mostly out for 1.5 months. I even went in to the office and tried to get the ball rolling again but to no avail.Was told the list of my meds would get to the N.P. and subsequently to the pharmacy. Never happened. If I cant get my meds I'm gonna have to find another doctor who will be professional.

I HAD TO WAIT FOREVER TO BE SEEN...MY APPOINTMENT WAS AT 8:00 AM AND I WAS STILL SITTING IN THE WAITING ROOM AT 9:45...I GOT VITALED AND SAT IN THE ROOM FOR AN ADDITION 30 MINUTES BEFORE THE DR CAME IN... WHEN HE DID FINALLY SEE ME HE TOLD ME THAT I WOULD NEED TO GET A REFERRAL FOR MY DIAGNOSIS AND THAT BECAUSE I HAD AN HMO I WOULD HAVE TO WAIT BETWEEN 2 AND 3 MONTHS BECAUSE IT WOULD NEED TO BE AUTHORIZED. THIS DR HAD NO REAL BED SIDE MANNER...HE THINKS EVERYTHING HE SAYS IS FUNNY AND DOESNT SEEM CONCERNED WITH MY HEALTH ISSUES. I WILL WAIT FOR THIS REFERRAL TO BE SEEN BY THE SPECIALIST IN THE MEANTIME I WILL BE LOOKING FOR ANOTHER PROVIDER WHO CAN MEET ALL MY NEEDS AND THAT IS WILLING TO LISTEN TO ME.

well this doctor needs to be shut down , took me off my chorestol meds and said i didnt need them well i just had a stroke great advice doc! staff never answers phone and doesnt foloow thorough with your appointments santa should be fired also she promises shell make the appts and nevr does ..do these people relize thier playing with our lives.. biggest joke in the world is doc cordona if you want to get help dont go here

Worst staff ever. Never answered phone calls, don't do what they promise, I really think they don't care bout there patients. Going to find another Dr soon.

Whenever I had to make a call no body answered, my insurance Health Net also tried to call, no answer. Felt discriminated against due to me being caucasion . All calls were being answered when ever I was in waiting room.

worst exp in my life with a doctor, office staff was rude non careing , the aqide did not take my blood pressure right, and trying to reach them on the phone would take a act of god. honesty when i did get through i was put on hold and forgotten, ive seen this doctor for over YEAR and nothing has gotten better..should be shut down

I've been a patien of Dr. Cardona's for as long as I can recall. Over the last 2 years I have not been able to schedule an appointment with him. I;ve only been able to see the Nurse Practitioner. Getting in contact with the office is nearly impossible, especially on a Monday. I am considering finding another physician.
