Dr. David Joseph Casey, MD

Dr. Casey is hands down the most compassionate surgeon i have ever been to. I had a visit with him today and he took the time to listen, explain, and lay out my options even though he didn't consider himself one of the options. He gave me clear directions for my next steps. He isn't a cut first and ask questions later kind of guy and that was on full display during our consult. He was my 2nd opinion and i am so happy i found him before going through with a recommendation from another surgeon.

Not only is Dr. Casey a gifted surgeon, he is just a wonderful human being. He takes all the time you need to ask questions and get the answers. I've had knee and hip replacement surgeries by Dr. Casey and had great outcomes.

My mother in law had a total hip replacement by Dr. Casey. When he came in to talk with the family he wasn't in a hurry and took time to answer any questions we had. Wonderful bedside manner..wonderful doctor..wonderful surgeon!

Dr. Casey operated on my hip. It was a tremendous success and his visits in the hospital and wonderful follow-through as well as tremendous concern for me as a patient was above and beyond my expectations. I would recommend him to anyone.

I consider it a privilege to be a patient of Dr. David Casey. He is an exceptional surgeon, highly trained and skilled in his profession. He has outstanding bedside manners, is professional, impeccably dressed, and gracious. He never appears to be in a hurry, rushing the patient out, but takes time and fully explains the procedures. I travel five hours to see him and can only hope he stays in Pinehurst NC.

Dr. Casey has a great attitude and is always willing to listen to you, he spends plenty of time with his patients and explains his answers to your questions in layman terms you can understand. His friendly personality and professionalism makes him the easy choice.

Dr Casey performed total hip replacement surgery mid-February. I had been trying to schedule in the Wilmington, NC area but with delays getting an initial appointment and more delays scheduling for surgery that were frustrating. Dr. Casey's was highly recommended by my cousin. Dr. Casey and his staff made the process so simple. His staff scheduled all pre-op appointments after my meeting the doctor and I had surgery 3 weeks later. I can only say I thank you to Dr Casey and his staff.

I saw Dr. Casey a couple of years ago. I have now referred my husband to see him because of his knee problem. I also had a knee problem and he gave me several options for treatment from the simplest to surgery. I was happy with his suggestions and I know my husband will be too.

This is the nicest most knowledgeable doc that I have ever had the privilege to know.
