Dr. David John Caucci, MD

They park you in an exam room where you’ll wait for 45 minutes to an hour. This has happened 3 or 4 times. Today I had enough and left. I was told there were only 2 docs there, but prior times there were more doctors working and it was the same. I like Dr. Caucci, he is very affable, but the last knee shot I got was somewhat hastily done and I had a lot of pain from it and couldn’t walk for several days. In addition, I had a purple goose egg on my knee.

Years now, after post-surgery neglect. Knee replacement still crunches, numbness, clumbsy in walking. This man wants to do the surgery, get the money and then doesnt care!

In early May, my dad went to Dr. Caucci to get x-rays due to a sore knee. Appointment went great and he got a cortisone shot. The last few days my dad has been experiencing pain in his other knee. I called and the receptionist/front desk clerk told me that Dr. Caucci was out of the office for a few WEEKS. Again, my dad is in pain, so I ask if he can see the other Dr. and she told me that they do not "flip-flop." That's not acceptable. They are there to HELP their patients, they are not there to say, for example, "sorry, you saw Dr. Caucci the first time, I'm going to make you suffer until he's back in the office and not help you." Very unprofessional. And the woman who answered the phone is always unfriendly and unsympathetic.

He provides a thorough examination while explaining each maneuver and then provides a working diagnosis and options for how to proceed. These options request the patient’s input.

All was fine except for one office staff member who was very rude to me a few days after surgery. I needed further information and she hung up on me. Since when does a patient get treated so rudely? I did follow through and spoke to administrators and they were very nice and helpful. I think that staff person needs education on how to treat people especially patients that just had surgery.

Saw me once ordered MRI,no call backs no messages it was up to me to find another Dr lingering injury lead to other injuries.

all this doctor wanted to do was shoot me up with corderzone shot without trying to find out what the problem was.
