This doctor’s office will waste your time and money. LifeStance in Baltimore is extremely dishonest and unethical. I made a Doctors appointment with LifeStance health and the doctor never made it to the appointment. LifeStance Health in Baltimore said this was due to his Internet being down and not working on the doctor’s end. This wasted over an hour of my time waiting for no reason. All they had to do was communicate, but LifeStance Health in Baltimore did not. I had to call in to find out this information. Because Dr. David Censit’s internet was down and he could not make my appointment, I had to reschedule a second appointment. I understand there can be technical issues for a telemedicine appointment, so I rescheduled. On the day of this appointment, my cell phone stopped working and I had to purchase a new cell phone. As soon as I had my new cell phone working, I immediately called them to explain the problem and they charge $95 on my credit card. I explained the above issue… very clearly to the receptionist and she said there’s nothing that she could do. I would have to contact the provider on the portal. I messaged the provider on the portal and their portal doesn’t work. The message wouldn’t go through. I called back again and they say there’s nothing they could do to help me. I would not make an appointment at LifeStance Health, unless you want to get financially ripped off and taken advantage of financially. LifeStance Heath is very hypocritical, unethical, dishonest and excessively greedy when it comes to money. Please beware Of this doctor’s office and company LifeStance Health. They only care about money and have no compassion for their patients. Make appointments here at your own financial risk and time.

Not thorough; he barely asked any questions. It was supposed to be a new patient appointment with an evaluation, assessment and questions. Dr. Censits was about 15 minutes late to an appointment that was scheduled to be one hour; instead it lasted about 12 minutes. He seemed distracted and unprepared for the appointment. He prescribed a medication ill suited for me; he should have gathered more information.

So pleased to find well-trained, able care professionals.

He is reasonable, understanding, and always flexible. He always seems to have a plan and a line of thought to back it up. He cares very deeply about his patients, and it shows. Whether you need a psychiatrist or a sleep specialist, you could not do better than Dr. Censits.
