Dr. Chien sees all 3 of myKids. He is a wonderful doctor and all his staff has always been kind and courteous. I drive from Santa Clarita just to see him.

Provider is thorough and provides good health advice to patient. However, this visit seemed to end abruptly. Provider didn't pause to ask if we had any further questions or concerns. Exam was quick and ended as soon as provider asked if we wanted the flu shot. Then then nurse came and I didn't see the provider after that and could not ask him a question or address a concern that I had since he was now seeing another patient. The visit was fine, but I wish it would've been clear that I would not have another moment to ask a question.

Dr Chien and his staff are just amazing. We love coming here! They are all so patient and caring and Dr is very knowledgeable and can diagnose things quickly and effectively.

Dr. Chien is absolutely amazing! He always explains everything thoroughly and genuinely cares. All staff is extremely friendly and kind and makes my kids and myself feel so comfortable.
