Great doctor, difficult to get a consistent appointment

I consider myself particularly lucky being under the care of Dr. Chuang and have been extremely satisfied with his services since 2017. For each visit, Dr. Chuang was considerate, caring, empathetic, patient, polite, professional, and knowledgeable, listening to my concerns and questions attentively and addressing them accordingly and promptly. His secretary and the staff were really friendly, warm, and helpful as well. I strongly recommend Dr. Chuang and the facility!

Dr. Chuang it’s such a wonderful doctor. I have so much confidence in his ability to diagnose my issues and he’s such a great person too. I recommend using him highly.

Dr. Chuang is a brilliant , kind, caring doctor. Each visit he is positive and discusses options for medication that is suited to your situation. He talks to you at length and never seems rushed. I highly recommend Dr. Chuang for seizure control and becoming seizure free because that is always his focus!

Dr. Chuang gave me plenty of time to discuss my issues. He offered certain alternatives and seemed flexible enough to consider their outcome before settling on one option. He seems kind and is a good listener and has a sense of humor.

My first visit was almost a year ago as an emergency. DrChuang saw me after I was struggling with symptoms and not getting proper care in my home State. I came to NY to see the specialists here and felt heard for the first time in three years after being given my diagnosis. Dr. Chuang had been recommended to me by my Neurosurgeon Dr Stieg. I travel every three months from Boston and that should tell you something! Dr Chuang is patient he listens and he allows you to ask questions. He made sure to speak to my husband too and ask him specific questions. I highly recommend him as a care provider. The ancillary staff is also excellent from the NP’s to the MRI personnel also the front desk staff.

Doctor Chuang is always pleasant as usual. He is always fighting to make things better for me. If by the next visit things are not where we would like them to be, he keeps on trying to see what is the next best thing we could do to make things better. So far we have come a long way. Things are getting better and better. So I want to say thank you so much Dr. Chuang. Thank you Nurse Fatima.

My visit with Dr. Chuang was thorough and pleasant. He answered all my questions and concerns and was attentive and very competent.
