Digital Dental Photography
Lecture-Unlimited attendance, half-day
This large group lecture presentation focuses on integrating digital photography into our busy practices. It is a general overview of photography, emphasizing the digital format and its use for dentistry. The full dental diagnostic digital series is discussed as well as positioning of the dentist, patient and assistant for each clinical view. Mirror and retractor techniques are covered.
Hands-On Workshop-Limited attendance, half-day
This small-group participation session is where we actually learn to take the complete dental diagnostic digital photographic series. Each person is encouraged to bring a clinical digital camera, mirrors and retractors. For those who have not purchased a camera or equipment, cameras and supplies will be available.
