Dr. David Criss, MD

The dr him self i can not say is a bad doctor..its his staff,particularly a heavy set black women not sure of her name.im also african american just to mention i can only give description but i think name was tayana me and my wife went in for physicals witch our blue cross covers fully...the lady came inside the room we were waiting to be seen by the doctor and stated that to me i needed to pay $25 towards the visit..witch at the time i was confused because we've always been covered fully..she went on the explain all these reasons why how my insurance worked there..in long story short i went in my wallet a gave her the $25 cash in hand...later received the e.o.b from blue cross stating as i thought they payed for my visit fully with no co pay..i contacted them and they told me to contact the dr office in they they shouldn't have charged me and they owe me a refund..i did so and and was told that they send my refund? he mail but and to find myself a new doctor...left me very puzzled… because i did nothing wrong ..honesty is very important and its not personal when it comes to my hard earned money..had they under billed im.sure i would have received a bill in the mail but the other way around it was a problem..

Dr. Criss is awesome, but the staff they are rude af, unprofessional, unorganized, very standoffish, they lack empathy, they show no concern for patients. They're just there for the paycheck. They can never find paperwork and when they do they take all day to send documents and process forms. Dr. Criss's girlfriend Jaycee is just as bad, very rude and unprofessional. The office manager has no experience or at least she acts like she doesn't all i see her do is walk around the office on her cell phone.
