Dr. David Keith Crossen, MD

I was a patient with Dr crossen for 34 years. I like him alot but his office staff stinks, just a bunch of blacks that are not educated and are VERY rude to the white patients. They have told me they dont give a dam what I think to my face needless to say I have gone elsewhere.

Great doctor, takes his time with all his patients, will not change providers ever.

I love Dr. Crossen to death, but his front desk staff is awful. Very threatening to patients when things are not going their way. No customer service skills at all. Appointments are not booked properly no follow-up to voice mails or messages left. The several months their phone always busy, but if you call after 5 the phone systems works fine. If your appointment is at 8:30 you don't see Dr. Crossen until 9:30 if you are lucky. I have only been with Dr. Crossen for 2 years but I'm done and moving on to another doctor.

He misdignosed my dad with cancer never did blood work and never called. With labs couldn't get to see him girls in office incompentent and ghetto uneducated not ever been in medical field..meet his wife.smelling of liquor and drunk every time she was seen

I tried for 4 days to schedule an appointment. Never got a return call.

I was a patient for a number of years. I would reschedule the appointment if I had to wait more than 15 minutes. Needless to say I left a number of times. I was always told the Dr. would see me soon but he was backed up. Baloney. Once when I was leaving I saw him come in the back door. If you know the Dr. is always late coming in you adjust the schedule to begin seeing patients at the later time. The staff was rude. I left his practice and went to a doctor that sees me within 5 minutes of my appointment.

Staff very rude over charged and was eager to give pain medication instead of helping with my pain

Dr. Crossen is one of those rare physicians able to sort through all the extraneous information and get to the essentials, then quickly propose corrective actions.

This office is a nightmare. I've had enough. Healthcare shouldn't be this difficult to obtain.

You could not ask for a better doctor...unfortunately, the quality of patient care received is severely compromised by the office staff. Problems with the phone system have been going on for months. On the few ocassions whe you can actually leave a message, calls are not always returned in a timely manner if they are returned at all. It can take days to weeks for them to complete preauthorizations for medications...which is something that most physician's offices take only a day to do. Test results also take longer to receive than what is normal, and you have to fight your way through the phone issues to even get the results because the office does not follow up. It is not uncommon to have to go into the office just to be able to speak with someone.
