Dr. David R. Crouch graduated from University of Southern California (USC) Dental School with a Doctorate in Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) in 1980. Dr. Crouch received the highest award in anesthesiology for his graduating class, The American Society of Dental Anesthesiology Award. He was also made a member of the American Society of Dental Anesthesiologists.
Prior to studying at U.S.C. Dental School, he attended the University of California, Irvine (UCI). He received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Biological Sciences with a minor in Ecology, graduating on the Dean's List Honor Roll in 1973.
Dr. Crouch also attended and graduated with an Associate of Arts (A.A.) in Math-Science in 1971 from Orange Coast College (OCC).
Dr. Crouch served in the U. S. Army as a combat medical corpsman and a neuropsychiatric corpsman in both Vietnam and Japan 1967-69.
Dr. Crouch worked for 2 1/2 years as a medical microbiologist for Baxter-Travenol's Hyland Labs. He was in charge of biological procurement of …blood reagents and special antiserums, which required travel across the U.S.A. and to other countries.
Dr. Crouch has been practicing for over 29 years. He has been in his current location for 25 years. Since he began practicing dentistry, Dr. Crouch has kept up to date on many continuing educational classes, ensuring that his patients receive the most comprehensive and advanced dental care. Dr. Crouch also was a clinical instructor at U.S.C Dental School 1980-88.
Dr. Crouch is currently enrolled in an advanced dental surgical fellowship program at The Titanium Dental Implant Institute. When completed Dr. Crouch will have a Fellowship in Advanced Dental Surgery and Dental Implant Surgery. Dr. Crouch has been restoring dental implants for over 20 years. Dr. Crouch has already completed the basic dental implant surgical course. . When this advanced surgical course is completed Dr. Crouch's educational credentials will be in the top 1% of all dentists.
Dr. Crouch was the former team dentist to two professional sports teams. The Los Angeles Rams (NFL) football team and The Anaheim Mighty Ducks (NHL) hockey team.
Dr. Crouch is also an inventor and manufacturer of a dental product to keep teeth healthfully clean. This patented dental product is called "FLOSSIE".
Dr Crouch is an avid golfer and deep sea sport fisherman.
