If it was not for Dr. Crownover showing compassion, and listening during the time of an ectopic pregnancy, I feel that I would not be here today. thank you for all that you did!

Maybe Dr. Crownover is good in other areas, but he is not the doctor to see if you have endometriosis. I went to him in debilitating pain and was not examined or referred for an ultrasound. I knew I needed surgery again, but he was not supportive and offered the same ineffective options that women with endo hear over and over, ad insanity--yet another birth control... Lupron... pregnancy... ablation... hysterectomy. Some (or all) of which we've already tried, and clearly did not work. Dr. Crownover does not believe specialist excision is a worthwhile treatment for endo, which couldn't be further from the truth. Turns out my pain had gotten so bad because I had a 4 cm endometrioma growing from my ovary, stuck behind my uterus, obliterating my cul-de-sac, for which the only effective treatment is surgical excision... with an expert. Thank God I found an amazing support group, which led me to a true endometriosis specialist who has the skill, patience, and compassion to help. Dr.… Crownover did help with a couple other things I requested, but overall his attitude was not good (condescending, arrogant) and I will never go back. We had an emergency with my mother from San Diego. Dr. Crownover was brought into CMH to assess her condition. Immediately, he put myself and my mother to ease as she doesn't care for hospitals or doctors. Dr. Crownover examined her, explained to us her condition and proposed options to correct problem . Dr. Crownover tried the first option without success, so we had to go to plan B which was surgery. Dr. and his staff stressed to hospital and insurance company this was an urgent surgery and successfully arranged to get the surgery scheduled for Monday . My mother's surgery went very well, ( she's 84) Dr. called me immediately following surgery,. He called me the next day with updates,. He texts me to check on her and when I have a question or concern he promptly responds to me via text or phone call. His care for his patients is nothing I have ever experienced. He truly cares for his patients. CMH and their patients are a fortunate hospital for having him on staff. He is… the BEST!

I just change my obgyne dr. since my Three miscarriage.and dr. Crownover is my new obgyne dr. For my 4th pregnancy,he was a very good doctor.and he made a effort to call me even it was late at night just to make sure I was alright..and you can call him anytime when there is a problem.keep up the good work!your the best dr.:)

Dr. Crownover is amazing. He came recommended by a nurse who has worked with him at Willow Creek. In one months time I had my diagnosis, surgery, and began healing. I've waited YEARS for this!!He and every person on his staff have been a godsend.
