Need joint surgery? Look no further. Dr Dalury is simply the best. After 2 knee and 1 hip replacements, he has my vote. He is a very caring physician.

I had both knees replaced... one week apart. I would not recommend this for everyone but Dr. Dalury and I spoke about what it would take to recover and I fit the profile. It was a lot of work but the best decision for me. Dr. Dalury is the kindest, most gentle surgeon who is extremely qualified and the best doctor I have ever had the pleasure of working with. His PAs are awesome... both Mike and Kat took excellent care of me. Dr. Dalury gave excellent care before, during and after my surgery. I have since recommended three others who have had the same excellent care. I highly recommend him for knees... and have heard nothing but amazing things from his hip patients as well!! (I rehabbed at TSM which is where many patients of his elect to go). If you have this surgery... be prepared to do the hard work it takes to recover! It is totally worth it to get your life back!!

His aftercare is awful! doesn't want to see the patient even though there were some difficulties! the surgery went well but he doesn't care about anything else! NOTHING!

Dr. Dalury replaced my knee and I was uncomfortable shortly after surgery. He was hard to see for follow up. I had to see his PAs who never diagnosed a lose implant that caused the problems. The bottom line was I had a knee revision with another doctor. It took years to get it right. Patient follow up is not a strength.

I had a total knee replacement in November, performed by Dr. Dalury. I am now lifting weights, hiking, biking doing all the things I was having trouble with before the procedure. I honestly can't say enough good things about Dr. Dalury, and the level of care I have received. It was the best experience I have had as a patient anywhere. I would highly recommend him if you are having knee issues. He is extremely thorough, professional and personable.

Superb treatment. Every aspect of my care has been of the highest standard. I am especially pleased with the pain control accompanying this procedure. My confidence that I had made the correct decision to undergo T.K.A. was felt with the very first office visit. Everything from the pre-surgery prep to recovery room care, to confidence building physical therapy, to home care and to physical therapy at the Towson Sports Medicine center connected to the orthopedic offices went extremely well. Of course such positive results are the result of rigorous surgical and anesthesia training - results like this do not just happen. Thanks to the entire team led by Dr. Dalury of Towson Orthopaedic Assocates at University of Maryland St. Joseph Medical Center in Towson.
