Zero bedside manner. When I asked questions, he was condescending and didn't even listen to what I was asking. Miserable disposition. I won't be back.

I have had nothing but positive experiences with Dr. D and his staff. Yes, he is not a warm and fuzzy type of person, but he is knowledgable and willing to answer any questions asked. I think his reputation is lacking because his is not a warm and fuzzy guy, but really, I would rather deal with that then some of the rudeness I've experienced with other doctors. Your endo choices are not plentiful in Berks County, and I would select Dr. D if looking for a good Physician.

Dr. Deibert only knows black & white there is no gray areas. He could care less for your feelings or opinions. It is his way only or there's the door. Would not recommend him for a dog.

I have been a patient of Dr D for many years. I have always been treated with respect and dignity by him and his staff. He doesn't waste your time but will take the time you need. I have recently moved to VA and leaving my great DRs I had in the Reading area was the only sad point for me.

Excellant Physician, diagnosed my diabetes, instructed me on lowering my bloodsugar, diet, weight loss and medication.

I had many medical questions he could not answer. he just kept telling me my thyroid is not my problem yet all my symptoms are thyroid symptoms. Went to a new doctor and found my TSH was over 20, not my thyroid huh.....

Dr. Dont keep up to date with treatments or studies, refuses to run proper testing, refuses to give natural med. Billing is terrible still getting bills that were paid over 2 years ago.... I will never recommend anyone to go there

He is not up to date on current studies and findings. Only gives synthroid period. Does not Test Free T4 or Free T3 bases treatments on TSH alone. Does not listen to symptoms. Office billing personnel disorganized and creates very frustrating situations with PAID accounts they have marked unpaid.

not a good thyroid doctor, lacks knowledge of current information, unwilling to treat with natural medication if you dont want synthroid you wont get anything. treats based on TSH only and does not use current TSH ranges. when you complain about symptoms the answer is "your thyroid is fine its not your thyroid." once he is in the room its in and out like a jiffy lube...
