David Deleon, MD

Dr. Deleon is so easy to talk to because he listens and he really seems to care. He is very personable and funny. He will order lots of tests and make sure your concerns are looked into. His nurse Darlene is also amazing.

After care is challenging

Dr. Deleon listens. He cares. He will order lots of tests to make sure you are taken proper care of. Nurses are friendly and caring as well. Such a great staff. My only real complaint is the follow up.

I've been seeing DeLeon since I was about 11. He's been there for me every step of the way thru these 8 years. I moved 100 miles away and still won't switch my doctors because I love him so much. Everytime no matter he'd always see me and my big brother. So excited because we are moving closer to him! I WILL use him as my sons doctor and continue as mine

I have had two visits with Dr. Deleon. I am very happy with him. Very interested in your problems and gives very good recommendations. He is very nice and makes you feel at ease talking to him. My problem is with his office's follow up after an appointment. I had asked for a referral for a specialist and a prescription fo CPAP supplies. Three weeks later and nobody has arranged for either one. Ihave called twice with no response although I was told I would be contacted by the end of the day. I have sent an e-mail with no response. I also have other family members that see him that have had the pharmacy call for a prescription and it has taken several days for that to occur. My previous doctor always followed up on these issues within 2 days. Not the case at this practice.

I would not recommend Dr. Deleon to anyone with chronic pain. He fired me as a patient. Didn't even have the courtesy of discussing it with me. He had his nurse call me and was very rude. He did not even have the courtesy of discussing it with me and refused any messages.. I talked with the administrator about this and she rtelayed a message that he should call me but hi didn't. Perhaps he should not treat the elderly with a lot of health concerns. If he had just called my rheumatologist he would know more about my condition since he just did extensive blood and exray tests and even offered more pain meds which I refused except for a medicine that takes of up 6 weeks to help me. I think Dr. Deleon needs more experience with chronic pain and compassion for the elderly.
