I love Dr. Delurgio. He is so friendly and truly cares about you and your well being. I cried to him for an hour about my fears over an ablation. He was so kind and understanding. Not once was he short or frustrated with me. He even called me personally to check on the status of me scheduling the ablation since I have been reluctant to do so due to my own fear.

WE HAVE BEEN WITH DR. DELURGIO FOR 13 YEARS AND WILL CONTINUE TO SEE HIM. I FEEL HE IS A VERY CARING AND KNOWLEDGEABLE DOCTOR. WE TRAVEL TO HAVE THE PRIVILEDGE TO CALL HIM DOCTOR. MY MOTHER HAS HAD A TUMOR INSIDE THE HEART REMOVED AND CONTINUES TO DO WELL, I FEEL THE GIFT AND TREATMENT SHE HAS RECEIVED FROM DR. DELURGIO AND CRAWFORD LONG IS THE REASON SHE CONTINUES TO THRIVE AT 76. THANK GOD

I went to see Dr. DeLurgio for premature heartbeats. He was kind, friendly, caring, explained everything very well and told me it was benign and gave me an echocardiogram to confirm that my heart was structurally normal. He is not only a top cardiologist but also specialized in cardiac electrophisiology. In that field he is in the top 1% of the very best in the nation. He also has been cited in over 1,000 publications. He is the best of the best and his bedside manner is impeccable. I feel very confident and very comfortable with Dr. DeLurgio. Not only is he a great doctor but his patient rooms have a great view of downtown Atlanta from the 6th floor of Emory Midtown.
