Stay away-, he destroyed my mouth, X-rays, and castings. His delightful, -uplifting, and staged personality will deceive you and be very dangerous to any positive dental outcome and costs that you have been made to believe. After over ten years, I have sericeous problems with all twelve implants, even though I went to him for only one. Most importantly, never pay him up-front and get every specific detail you are expecting in writing from him! Note: Copy this review because he will delete it as soon as he sees it. Good Luck!

He saved my teeth!!! A different periodontist said all my teeth would need extracted. I cried-never a cavity-then I called Dr David. He stated he felt there was a chance I would not need to looses my teeth, he put his expertise and knowledge to work and voila, 10 yrs later, all teeth remain. I thank him every day. He worked very hard and accomplished

I had Dr. Digiallorenzo pull and implant posts for two molars (two different visits.) I am immunodeficient and never got an infection or had any problems after the visit. Yes, he is expensive but for me not to have to have three visits for one implant it's worth it to get everything done in one.
