Dr Dinuosio is great, but office staff that answers the phone is terrible....you can rarely get anybody to answer the phone and even rarer to get a call back. I have stage 3/4 COPD and last year I was having problems and called four days in a row with no call back. Finally, on the fifth day, I was headed to the emergency room and called one more time ( It was early, before normal hours....maybe they had one there to cover early) and someone answered....I told her my problem and she took care of it. Recently, I was having problems and called ...no answer....no call back. I then called the Nurse, left a message...no call back. I was checking MyCVhart and saw a post said they tried to reach me, but no one answered.... I have voice mail...I get messages all the time...there was no message.
