Dr. David Bryant Dorofi, MD

Dr. Dorofi was patient, thorough, respectful, and kind throughout my appointment. I was struggling with a difficult decision after an injury and he really helped me evaluate my condition and understand my options. The office staff and hearing tester were all wonderful, as well.

Should not be allowed to treat patients - does not answer questions and if you do get a response, its "I don't know," period. No explanation nothing; or just a shrug of the shoulders. Horrible, just awful bedside manner.

If you believe you have something wrong or are concerned and you would like to find out, this is not the place. Went in and actually had to ask that a biopsy be done after he told me he didn't know what it was. I did not hear about pathology report... about 2 weeks go by and I called to check. Only option is to leave a message for the nurse... okay, left a message and nothing, I called again and instead of leaving a message I spoke with the front desk who took my information, leaves me on hold and then finally came back and said that the Dr. would be calling me back he was in surgery all morning.... Guess what??? No call again, no message. Called again and asked for a return call 48 hours later I called AGAIN, and was sent to medical records so I could request a copy of my pathology report... Days and Days and they can just let you hold your breath... Do not depend on a group that says Ltd... I think that is for very LimiTeD service. You cannot use their site either, try to log in… or do a survey and they keep you from being able to. Scarey, huh?

Dr. Dorofi printed off a google search and handed it to me. Told me I should be fine. This doctor is a ear, nose, throat "specialist'. I was referred by my primary care physician who is across the hall in the same building. I am still having original issues but I'm fine...I guess...according to Google.
